Linguine with Csülök Sonka (Pork Knuckle Ham)

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a medium saucepan, add diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, garlic granules, spring onion powder, and Mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the linguine and striped Csülök Sonka (Pork Knuckle Ham) altogether.
Divide pasta into portions and spoon sour cream on top if desired; garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve.
